“Alongside my ongoing focus on setting surface and color into a sense of dynamism, it was the feeling of timelessness that preoccupied me in these works. My research revolves around the questions: What makes a work timeless? What does it mean when a work is classified as timeless? These pieces function as abstract works that create an illusion of space and a certain degree of objecthood.”
