Infinity Series: the series of the infinite pictures

The "Infinity" series is the core of my exploration of transformation—and probably my most unusual group of works. Each piece consists of colored acrylic tiles, each a small artwork on its own. What makes them special is that the tiles are interactive. They can be placed, swapped, removed, and rearranged on their wooden supports. By adding, moving, or taking them away, the artwork continuously becomes a new artwork—hence the name: Infinity

Art that viewers help to create.

Most artworks are finished when they leave the studio. My Infinity pieces, however, are only just beginning. Those who live with them become part of the creative process: each new arrangement offers a unique aesthetic experience, and the changing daylight further alters the effect of the colors and reflective surfaces. This participatory dimension also makes the series interesting for public spaces and businesses – art that evolves with its location and its people.

Infinity Cloud Sculptures – stepping into space

The logical continuation of this concept is my "Infinity Cloud Sculptures": hanging installations made of individual "clouds" whose overall shape changes depending on how they are hung and the perspective from which they are viewed. I photograph through these sculptures to create independent photographic works, which then become the foundation for new paintings—a continuous cycle where each piece serves as the starting point for the next. One cloud installation, including its "Pillow Drops," was featured in the exhibition "Too Early for Certainty" (Zu Früh für Gewissheit) at Galerie Konsum163 in Munich's Kunstareal. Pillow Drops are artifacts that capture a specific moment of the installation, fixing these unique instances from various perspectives.

Experience the works

From compact wall pieces to expansive installations: Every Infinity work is unique, with a documented concept. For specific spaces, I also develop configurations in collaboration with architects and interior designers. You can find an overview of all series under "My Artworks" ; to learn why conceptually strong series are particularly interesting for collectors, see "Collecting Art with Foresight ".
