Her practice explores transformation, layered realities, and the dynamic interplay of color, form, and perception. Before fully dedicating herself to art, Puschmann built a career in business, where she focused extensively on processes of transformation, particularly within large organizations. This experience continues to inform her artistic research, which investigates change as a fundamental principle shaping both human perception and the structures of reality.
Alongside her professional career, she trained also in interior design at Rhodec International College (UK) and studied painting at the International Summer Academy of Fine Arts Salzburg. Since 2024, she has devoted herself entirely to her artistic practice. Puschmann completed her diploma in Drawing and Painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Kolbermoor under Prof. Markus Lüpertz, where she continues as a master student to explore painting as a system of relations rather than representation.
Her work ranges from large-scale acrylic paintings to modular wall pieces and sculptural installations, often incorporating interactive or combinatory elements. What shapes the long-term value of a work of art
The art market doesn't have a price index like the real estate market. However, there are understandable factors that collectors use as a guide:
Exhibition history : Does the artist exhibit continuously in galleries, at art fairs, and in institutional contexts? Regularity counts more than a single highlight.
Awards and nominations: Art prizes are a quality judgment by independent juries – such as my selection as a finalist for the Malamegi Lab Art Prize Milan 2026.
Collections and Museums : Works in public or museum collections send a strong signal. My works are included in the Copelouzos Family Art Museum in Athens, among other places, and in 2027 I will be exhibiting for the first time in an international art museum, the CICA Museum in South Korea.
Education and artistic development: A sound academic career – in my case up to master student of Prof. Markus Lüpertz – demonstrates a serious, long-term practice.
Press and professional reception: Reports in art magazines such as Parnass document that a work is being noticed in the professional world.
Provenance and documentation: A well-documented history – through the artist or her gallery – is the best story a work of art can have.
